Recruitment terms have been agreed with approximately 15–20 companies, alongside existing client relationships and current recruitment opportunities.

Two company-owned automation systems are included. One processes bulk CV uploads into Bullhorn, while the second enables bulk client/contact uploads.

Together, they are estimated to save approximately 10 hours of administration per week (520 hours annually) and can continue operating following the acquisition.

The business operates through Bullhorn, which has recently been renewed for a further 12 months, subject to applicable transfer/change-of-control arrangements.
