This page describes in plain terms how we protect your account and information. It is a summary, not a certification.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and are never stored on Dealdoor’s own systems.

Your data and documents

Data is sent over encrypted connections. Documents uploaded to a document room or for verification are kept in private storage and are only available to the people they are shared with and the small number of staff who need them to run the service.

Access to data is restricted by role, and sensitive actions by our team are logged.

Protecting your account

You can help keep your account safe by:

• using a strong password you do not use anywhere else
• signing out on shared devices
• telling us straight away if you think someone else has access

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a weakness in Dealdoor, please tell us through our contact page and mark it as a security issue. Please give us reasonable time to fix it before sharing it more widely, and do not access other people’s data.
