The business was first founded in the 2010s as a desserts business, initially trading at local markets and through tasting sessions. In July 2023, the owner introduced a fresh sandwich and salad range, which transformed the business. An 'on-the-go' range proved extraordinarily popular, driving turnover from £40,000 to nearly £100,000 in three years.
The business now supplies health food and organic shops almost exclusively, with a flagship daily standing order from one of the UK’s longest standing and largest health food retailers.
In the region, the brand is highly familiar: new products sell well immediately without significant marketing. The business has reached maximum capacity from its current home kitchen and is now offered for sale to allow for expansion under new ownership.
