We want everyone to be able to use Dealdoor. This statement describes where we are today. It is not a legal claim of full compliance.

What we aim for

We aim for the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That includes sensible heading structure, keyboard access, visible focus, text alternatives for images and enough colour contrast.

Known limits

We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit. Some parts of the site may fall short, including charts, uploaded documents and photographs supplied by sellers, which may lack text descriptions.

If you cannot use part of the site, or need information in another format, tell us through our contact page and say what you were trying to do. We will aim to reply within five working days and to find a way to help.
